With reference to the above RMA, we are unable to process this further due to the following reason(s):

The foll item  is warranty void :

1 MAX/STO/064 MTR 120/7200 8MB

Our supplier's are very thorough in inspecting items for damage.


( )   The items cannot be traced as one supplied by redstore

( )   The warranty of the item(s) have expired.

( )   Insufficient information has been provided on your Returns
      Form

(X)   The item(s) received have been found

      (X) in damaged condition : The drop gaps on the drive have been crushed in. This happens when the drive is dropped and they are put there by the maunfacturer to ensure goods are not sent back that have been dropped.

      ( ) to be missing manuals/cables/disks/other accessories
      ( ) in poor exterior packing and therefore limiting the
          value of any credit

( )   The equipment has been comprehensively tested, and found
      to be in full working order.

( )   Other

ACTION
====(X)   The item(s) will be returned to you untested / unopened.

( )   You will have to refax your RMA form with full details.

( )   Your items will be replaced under warranty HOWEVER and
      administrative charge will be charged against your account,
      as per our Terms of Warranty.

      This will be of value: œ    + VAT

( )   An administrative charge will be levied for equipment
      returned to us which has been tested as fully working.

( )   OTHER
